Ashley Mukami

Ashley is a Senior Associate and leads the Corporate Commercial Department, bringing over five years of post-admission experience. She specializes in corporate and commercial law, with expertise spanning intellectual property,  employment law,
conveyancing, and data protection.
Ashley is actively involved in private equity advisory, guiding clients through complex
investment transactions and regulatory compliance. She is also well-versed in corporate litigation and adept at managing high-stakes succession and estate
matters.
She holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from the University of Nairobi and a Postgraduate Diploma in Law from the Kenya School of Law. Ashley is a Commissioner for Oaths and Notary Public, and is currently advancing her professional development through Certified Secretary studies with Kasneb, Nairobi.
