Neema Achieng’ Otieno

Neema is an Associate with a solid grounding in litigation, commercial transactions,
and conveyancing. She is an Advocate of the High Court of Kenya who has
represented a diverse clientele, both individuals and companies before various levels
of the Kenyan judiciary.
Her academic foundation includes a Bachelor of Laws degree from Strathmore
University and a Postgraduate Diploma in Law from the Kenya School of Law. She
has further pursued specialized training in data protection, public governance, and
sustainable development law, reflecting her interest in contemporary legal
challenges.
Neema has valuable experience in a wide range of legal issues, including land
transactions, debt recovery, employment law, and family disputes. She is well-versed
